Full Day ~ 8:00 A.M. to 2:45 P.M.
Half a Day ~ 8:00 A.M. to 12:15 P.M.
Arrival begins at 7:50 A.M.
When it is outdoor line up the children will assemble in the school yard. Once the bell is rung at 8:00 A.M., students will line up in their class spot. Teachers will meet the children there every morning unless I’m on duty that week and I will be in the school yard at 7:50 A.M. with them.
**I know in the beginning it might be hard but during morning line up after the students are on line, I do ask for parents to stand in the back, if you are staying for morning prayers. It does help the children to realize they are in “school mood” and it helps them to transition away from you.
When it is indoor line up, the children may enter in from the religious education door or by the front door, and they will walk to the classroom. Teachers will be standing in the hallway so I will see them as they are walking to our classroom.
Dismissal is at 2:45 P.M.
Parents will stand outside the gate. (the one closer to the rectory)
Parents are to call the office or email their child's teacher the day the child’s absence. Absentees must bring a written excuse each time they are absent. Extended absences require a doctor’s note in addition to the parents note.
If someone other than you are picking up your child at the end of the day, please inform your child's teacher. Your child will not be released without authorized consent.
Our uniforms are supplied by FlynnO’Hara Uniforms.
